“Therefore, as the elect of God, holy and beloved, put on tender mercies, kindness, humility, meekness, longsuffering.”
Colossians 3:12 (NKJV)
Every day we are given the choice of what we will “put on.” The world often encourages pride, impatience, and harshness, but God calls His people to something far better. Because you are chosen, loved, and set apart by Him, you can intentionally clothe your heart with compassion and grace. Tender mercies soften your response to others, kindness reflects the goodness of God, and humility keeps your heart open to His leading.
When challenges arise, these qualities become powerful evidence of God’s work within you. Meekness shows strength under control, and longsuffering allows you to remain steady even when situations test your patience. As you walk through your day, remember that these virtues are not signs of weakness. They are marks of a life shaped by Christ, shining quietly but powerfully in a world that desperately needs His love. GOD bless, share with your family and friends.
