A Faith That Moves Toward God

7 “Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you.

8 For everyone who asks receives, and he who seeks finds, and to him who knocks it will be opened.

Matthew 7:7–8 (NKJV)

Jesus invites us into an active, growing relationship with God, not a distant or hesitant one. Asking reflects trust, seeking shows desire, and knocking reveals persistence. Together, they describe a faith that moves forward even when answers are not immediate. God is not indifferent to our prayers; He welcomes our approach and responds with wisdom, care, and perfect timing.

These words also remind us that spiritual growth often requires intentional effort. As we continue to ask, seek, and knock, our hearts are shaped along the way. What begins as a request can become deeper understanding, and what starts as a question can lead to greater intimacy with God. In pursuing Him, we discover that He has been ready all along to open the door. GOD bless share with your family and friends.
