“And the Angel of the Lord appeared to him in a flame of fire from the midst of a bush. So he looked, and behold, the bush was burning with fire, but the bush was not consumed. Then Moses said, ‘I will now turn aside and see this great sight, why the bush does not burn.’”
---- Exodus 3:2–3 (NKJV)
Egypt symbolizes sin and the circumstances of life. Moses was far from Egypt, alone in the wilderness, yet God had a different plan for him. Sometimes we feel safer running away from our enemies and problems, but God desires to reveal His power and glory in places we least expect. The burning bush reminds us that God’s presence can turn an ordinary desert into holy ground.
The lesson is clear: it is better to stand by the fire of God’s presence than to dwell in the comfort of Egypt. The world may offer security, wealth, or temporary peace, but only God offers transformation, calling, and true life. When we draw near to Him—even in the wilderness—He can ignite a fire in us that will never be consumed. GOD bless share with your family and friends.
