BROKEN, YET BEAUTIFUL

 Psalm 51:17 (NKJV)

“The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit, A broken and a contrite heart—These, O God, You will not despise.”

We often come before the LORD wanting to show Him our strength, yet He desires a heart that recognizes its need for Him. The beauty of the Gospel is that Jesus did not come for those who believe they are righteous, but for sinners who recognize their need for a Savior.

 A broken heart surrendered to Christ is far more precious than a proud heart filled with good works. May we never become so confident in our own righteousness that we forget our desperate need for His grace. GOD bless, share with your family and friends.
